Common use of Subcontractor Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Responsibility. Notwithstanding the right of the Contractor to review the Subcontractor's effort and progress, it is expressly understood that the Subcontractor is completely responsible for compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and those contained in each Task Order and any reviews or approvals given by the Contractor do not relieve the Subcontractor of this responsibility.
