Subcontractor's Agreements. The Consultant further certifies that each contract for Subcontractor Services for this Project shall contain language that binds the Subcontractor to comply with the provisions of section 4.7 of this Agreement. The Consultant and any Subcontractors shall be individually responsible for their own drug-free work place program.
