Common use of Subjects of Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Subjects of Negotiation. The subjects for negotiation shall be wages, hours, benefit provisions, and terms and conditions of employment. The parties shall exchange complete initial proposals at the first negotiation session. No additional proposals may be made after the second negotiation session without mutual consent.
