Common use of Sublandlord’s Costs Clause in Contracts

Sublandlord’s Costs. Subtenant shall reimburse Sublandlord, on demand, for all costs and expenses incurred by Sublandlord in connection with any proposed assignment or subleasing by Subtenant, including reasonable attorneys' fees. Subtenant shall also pay to Sublandlord, its administrative fee, as established by Sublandlord from time to time, in connection with Sublandlord's review and consideration of any such request for Sublandlord's consent.

Sublandlord’s Costs. In any case where Subtenant requests permission from Sublandlord to assign, sublet, make alterations, or receive any other consent or obtain any waiver from or modification to the terms of this Sublease, Subtenant shall reimburse pay to Sublandlord Sublandlord, on demand, for all costs and expenses ’s reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by Sublandlord in connection with any proposed assignment or subleasing by Subtenant, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
