SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Subletting, licensing or sharing of space by Exhibitor, or use of space assigned to Exhibitor by anyone other than Exhibitor, is expressly prohibited. Exhibitor shall not display signs, issue literature, exhibit or permit to be exhibited in the space allotted to it any merchandise other than specified in the exhibit contract. Violation of the terms of this paragraph will result in immediate dismissal from the current show and exclusion from participation in future shows. No refund of exhibit fees will be made.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Subletting, assigning, GEM FAIRE®, INC., et al, Exhibitor has a minimum INC. Space assignments may be revoked or changed by licensing or sharing space by Exhibitor, or the use of USD$1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy in effect, GEM FAIRE®, INC., if Exhibitor fails to meet payment space assigned to Exhibitor by anyone other than naming GEM FAIRE®, INC. as additional insured.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Booth sharing is not permitted unless a bonafide rep relationship is established.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Subletting, assigning, licensing or sharing space by Exhibitor, or the use of procedures, rules and practices which may have governed the conduct of this show. In signing this contract, the Exhibitor acknowledges that there are no representations between GEM FAIRE®, INC. and the Exhibitor other than those contained in this contract. Exhibitor also acknowledges that GEM FAIRE®, INC. shall not be bound by any rules, regulations, interpretations, or practices of any of GEM FAIRE®, INC.'s predecessors that operated this Show.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Exhibitor agrees that neither Exhibitor nor Exhibitor personnel or agent will not sublet, reassign or apportion space in any way. Two or more firms may not exhibit in the same space, except with written approval by event management.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. This contract may not be transferred or reassigned. Subletting of one’s contract/room is strictly prohibited.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Vendor shall not sublet or otherwise allow to use Vendor’s allotted Vendor booth to or by any other business, organization, or person, with or without cost, without prior written authorization by MP/PYI.
SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Tenant shall not be permitted to sublet the Property under any circumstances without the express written consent of Agent. Violation of this provision shall be deemed a material breach, and shall subject the Tenant and/or or any other person occupying the Property pursuant to such an agreement to expedited eviction, as described herein.

SUBLETTING PROHIBITED. Landlord may not assign or sublet these Premises, this Sublease, or any part of either without prior written notice of approval from Lessor.
