Submission in Person. Proposals may be hand delivered in a properly labeled and sealed envelope or package. Proposal will be accepted, prior to Closing, during ODF’s normal Monday-Friday business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time (PT), except during State of Oregon holidays and other times when ODF is closed.

  • REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL A. The Board expressly retains the authority to effectuate a reduction in personnel whenever the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine such a reduction to be necessary or advisable, and for whatever reasons the Board shall, in its sole discretion, determine to have made such action necessary or advisable.

  • Vote If the Partners vote, in accordance with Section III(b), to dissolve the Partnership in accordance with the Governing Law.

  • Right to Convene Meetings The Warrant Agent may at any time and from time to time, and shall on receipt of a written request of the Corporation or of a Warrantholders’ Request and upon being indemnified and funded to its reasonable satisfaction by the Corporation or by the Warrantholders signing such Warrantholders’ Request against the costs which may be incurred in connection with the calling and holding of such meeting, convene a meeting of the Warrantholders.   • Lock-in Period The Allottee cannot nominate in favour of any third party before the expiry of a period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date of this Agreement.
