Submission of Dues. Deductions shall be made each pay period and shall be forwarded electronically to the Treasurer of the Union not later than the 15th day of the month following, accompanied by a list of the names of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made and the amount of money deducted per each employee.

Submission of Dues to Union A check in the amount of the total dues withheld from those Employees authorizing a dues deduction shall be tendered to the treasurer of the OPBA within thirty (30) days from the date of making said deductions.
