Common use of Submission of Positions Clause in Contracts

Submission of Positions. Buyer and Seller shall each submit in writing in English its respective position to the Referee(s) and to the other Party within 10 days after the Referee(s) has been appointed. The Parties shall then have a further 10 days to review the other’s submission and to submit a written rebuttal in English to the Referee(s) (the “Submission Period”).
