Submission of Preliminary Annual Business Plan. No later than ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of each Budget Period, Manager shall submit to Owner for Owner’s written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, a proposed budget and business plan (the “Preliminary Annual Business Plan”) for the Golf Course for the next Budget Period. The Preliminary Annual Business Plan shall include such operating and capital budgets, fee schedules and plans as Owner may from time to time direct for the Budget Period.
