Submission to President. Within ten (10) days of the issuance of the Chancellor’s decision at Step 2, the grievant may submit the written grievance with a copy of the Chancellor’s decision to the President. The President or President’s designee shall issue a written decision within ten (10) days following the receipt of the grievance. If the Association is dissatisfied with the decision of the President, the Association may advance the grievance to Step 4.
