Exhibits Incorporated by Reference Each of the exhibits and schedules attached hereto is expressly incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement, and all references to this Agreement shall include the exhibits. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement (without reference to the exhibits) and the exhibits, the terms of the exhibits shall govern. DEFINITIONS AND INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE
Definition of Bargaining Unit Where the words “bargaining unit” or “union” are used in this Agreement, such reference shall be deemed to mean COPE Local 378 members employed by the Employer and covered by the certificate referred to in Section 1.01 of this Agreement.
BIDS/PROPOSALS INCORPORATED In addition to the whole Agreement, the following documents listed in order of priority are incorporated into the Agreement by reference: Bid/Proposal Specifications and Contractor’s Response to the Bid/Proposal.
Schedules Incorporated The Schedules annexed hereto are hereby incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement with the same effect as if set forth in the body hereof.
