Submittals Must Be Incorporated (See Article 3. 7.2 and 3.9.6): Contractor shall include Submittals as line items in the Baseline Schedule as required under Article 3.7.2 and 3.9.6. Submittals shall not delay the Work, Milestones, or the Completion Date. Failure to include Submittals in the Baseline Schedule shall be deemed a material breach by the Contractor.
