Common use of Subrecipient Compliance Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Subrecipient Compliance Responsibility. Subrecipient shall procure or otherwise arrange for the audit required by Part F of the Uniform Guidance and ensure it is properly performed and submitted when due in accordance with the Uniform Guidance.
