Subrecipient Certification. Subrecipient shall sign a “State of Colorado Agreement with Recipient of Federal Recovery Funds” Certification Form in Exhibit E and submit to State Agency with signed grant agreement.
Subrecipient Certification. By signing below, the Subrecipient certifies that it understands the requirements of, will comply with, and, during the term of this Agreement will remain in compliance with, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 USC 2000d) and its implementing regulations, including, but not limited to, Subrecipient’s obligations under Article III Section 10 above. All representations made by the Subrecipient to the City either in this Agreement or for the purpose of inducing the City to execute this Agreement are hereby certified to be true, correct.
Subrecipient Certification. Subrecipient shall sign a “State of Connecticut Agreement with Recipient of Federal Recovery Funds” Certification Form in Exhibit D and submit to State Agency with signed grant agreement. Unless prohibited by Federal statutes or regulations, Prime Recipient may require Subrecipient to submit certifications and representations required by Federal statutes or regulations on an annual basis. 2 CFR § 200.208. Submission may be required more frequently if Subrecipient fails to meet a requirement of the Federal award. Subrecipient shall certify in writing to the State at the end of the Award that the project or activity was completed or the level of effort was expended. 2 CFR § 200.201(3). If the required level of activity or effort was not carried out, the amount of the Award must be adjusted.

Subrecipient Certification. The SUBRECIPIENT certifies that it possesses the legal authority to enter into this Agreement pursuant to authority that has been duly adopted or passed as an official act of the SUBRECIPIENT’S governing body, authorizing the execution of the Agreement, including all understandings and assurances contained herein, and directing and authorizing the person identified as the official representative of the SUBRECIPIENT to act in connection with this Agreement and to provide such information as may be required.
