Subrecipient Certification. By signing below, the Subrecipient certifies that it understands the requirements of, will comply with, and, during the term of this Agreement will remain in compliance with, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 USC 2000d) and its implementing regulations, including, but not limited to, Subrecipient’s obligations under Article III Section 10 above. All representations made by the Subrecipient to the City either in this Agreement or for the purpose of inducing the City to execute this Agreement are hereby certified to be true, correct.

Subrecipient shall certify in writing to the State at the end of the Award that the project or activity was completed or the level of effort was expended. 2 CFR § 200.201(3). If the required level of activity or effort was not carried out, the amount of the Award must be adjusted.

  • Debarment Certification The Contractor, by signature to this Contract, certifies that the Contractor is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal department or agency from participating in transactions (Debarred). The Contractor also agrees to include the above requirement in any and all Subcontracts into which it enters. The Contractor shall immediately notify DSHS if, during the term of this Contract, Contractor becomes Debarred. DSHS may immediately terminate this Contract by providing Contractor written notice if Contractor becomes Debarred during the term hereof.
