Subrecipient Monitoring. a. The County will conduct ongoing monitoring of subrecipient activities to ensure compliance with ARPA requirements and the terms and conditions of the grant agreement. b. The County will establish a subrecipient monitoring plan that outlines the frequency and type of monitoring activities, as well as the roles and responsibilities of County staff involved in monitoring. c. Monitoring activities may include site visits, financial and programmatic reviews, and document reviews. d. If any deficiencies or compliance issues are identified during monitoring, the County will work with the subrecipient to develop a corrective action plan to address the issues.
