Subscriber] Users. Users that access [Subscriber] Interviews may create accounts and store the information such users provide when registering for the LHI Site. The Fees paid under this Agreement shall permit the [Subscriber] Users to complete an unlimited number of Template assemblies based on the form Templates created by [Subscriber] during the then-current Term of this Agreement without payment of any additional Fees. If the number of Interviews completed by [Subscriber] Users is in excess of the agreed upon Service Package for the then-current Term, the Parties shall discuss suitable revisions to the Service Package applicable to [Subscriber] for any Renewal Term. [Subscriber] Users may also email, edit, and otherwise share their Answer Files with third parties without additional costs per request if the applicable Interviews related to such Answer Files provide for that functionality. [Subscriber] employees may assist [Subscriber] Users in using the Templates. To [Subscriber] Users, PBN only provides technical support and trouble shooting. PBN does not provide procedural information, telephone or callbacks, nor form review or other similar self-help or legal services to any third parties, including [Subscriber] Users, under this Agreement.

  • Subscriber Network The trunk and feeder signal distribution network over which video, audio, text and data signals are transmitted to Subscribers.

  • Subscriber Data Subscriber will timely supply Netgateway, in a form acceptable to Netgateway, with all data necessary for Netgateway to perform the ongoing services to be provided hereunder. It is the sole responsibility of Subscriber to insure the completeness and accuracy of such data.

  • Subscribers identification and contact data (name, date of birth, gender, general, occupation or other demographic information, address, title, contact details, including email address), personal interests or preferences (including purchase history, marketing preferences and publically available social media profile information); IT information (IP addresses, usage data, cookies data, online navigation data, location data, browser data); financial information (credit card details, account details, payment information).

  • User Subscriptions Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, (i) Services are purchased as User subscriptions and may be accessed by no more than the specified number of Users, (ii) additional User subscriptions may be added during the subscription term at the same pricing as that for the pre-existing subscriptions, prorated for the remainder of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional User subscriptions are added, and (iii) the added User subscriptions shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing subscriptions. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Services.

  • Mobile Subscriber Information You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account, such as subscriber status, payment method and device details, if available, to support identity verification, fraud avoidance and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes.

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

  • Resellers Does the vendor have resellers that it will name under this contract? Resellers are defined as other companies that sell your products under an agreement with you, the awarded vendor of TIPS. No Pricing discount percentage are guaranteed for?   • Subscriber A Person who lawfully receives Cable Service over the Cable System with Franchisee’s express permission.
