Subscription Period Not Cancelable. Except for the provisions of this ESMA allowing for early termination, the Subscription Period is non-cancelable and non-terminable. Unless an Order Form has been terminated by Customer in accordance with Section 9.2, Cloudera reserves the right to invoice Customer for any future payments included in an Order Form and will not be obligated to issue any refunds for Subscription fees paid.
