Subsequent Joinder by Municipalities. After the Effective Date, any eligible municipality that is not already a Party may become a Party by agreeing to this Agreement (as may subsequently be amended), the Master Plan, and any additional terms and conditions established by the Authority, including, without limitation, payment of all amounts as may be required by the Governing Board.

Subsequent Joinder by Municipalities. After , 202__, and throughout the Term, any eligible municipality that is not already a member of the Authority may become a member by agreeing to all the terms and conditions and paying all pro rata shares of expenses as established by resolution of the Governing Board.
