Common use of Subsequent Term Clause in Contracts

Beginning on December 31, 2004, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods unless prior to the December 31 immediately preceding the expiration of this Agreement or renewal thereof, the Company or Executive notifies the other in writing that such party does not wish to renew this Agreement.
