Professional Organization Dues. The Administrator’s dues for membership in professional organizations as approved by the Superintendent shall be paid by the Board.

Professional Organization Dues. During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay the initiation fees and periodic dues for membership in any professional organizations in which Employee is currently a member, or which are otherwise approved by the Board of Directors of the Parent or the Compensation Committee of the Board, and the Company shall pay all charges and expenses, including reasonable travel expenses, incurred by Employee in connection with membership in such organizations.

Professional Organization Dues. On a form provided by the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction, administrators may request and the District will reimburse administrators for Professional Association dues [for] to one state and one national organization of the member's choice. Annual reimbursement will not exceed a total of $600 for such dues. After authorization, SAANYS will submit to the District a single invoice for payment of dues for administrators.
