Subsequently Smt. Xxxxxxx Xxx died intestate leaving behind her four sons namely Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxxxx Xxx and legal heirs of her pre-deceased son i.e. Late Man Xxxxxxx Xxx, namely Smt. Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxx, Xxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxx Xxx and Smt. Xxxx Xxxxxxx as her legal heirs and successors.
