EXTRA WORKS. Any extra work other than our standard specification shall be charged extra as decided by our authorised Engineers and such amount will be deposited before the execution of work.

EXTRA WORKS. In the event that any mortgagee or the local authority or the OWNER or any other body or party at any time for any reason, whether before, during or after the construction of the home requires any alteration, variation or amendment to the building plans and/or specifications involving the BUILDER in any additional expense, then the cost of complying with the alteration, variation or amendment shall be borne and paid for by the OWNER. Where additional work or expense is incurred by the BUILDER due to the above or to soil or site conditions discovered after commencement of construction, the extra costs arising from such work or expense shall also be paid by the OWNER. All amounts payable in terms hereof shall be payable on demand.

EXTRA WORKS. Bidder has to design the sheds in such a way that it should be elegant, easy to use, convenient and fulfill all functional requirements. No extra claim shall be entertained over and above the final quoted/negotiated price.

EXTRA WORKS. Should works over and above those included in the contract require to be executed at the site, the Contractor shall have no right to be entrusted with the execution of such works which may be carried out by another Contractor or Contractors or by other means at the option of the Railway.

EXTRA WORKS. 6.1 In addition to those services specified in this agreement as “extra work”, all services performed and equipment provided by Western Plains Security & Locksmiths which are not specifically referred to in this agreement shall constitute Extra Work. 6.2 Where the customer asks Western Plains Security to perform work or provide materials which constitute Extra Work and Western Plains Security & Locksmiths agrees to such request, or such work is provided in accordance with this agreement without an express request from the Customer, then the provisions of this agreement shall apply to the Extra Work and the Customer shall pay for the Extra Work at the following rate: (a) Where Western Plains Security & Locksmiths has quoted an amount prior to performing or providing the Extra Work, the amount quoted; or (b) Where Western Plains Security & Locksmiths has not given any such quote, an amount calculated for work done at Western Plains Security & Locksmiths then standard rates for such work.

EXTRA WORKS. The Purchaser(s) herein of the said Flat will be liable to pay the cost of extra work to the Developer if any extra work is to be done by her/him/them in the said Flat.

EXTRA WORKS. 2.14.1 All rectifications/modifications, revamping, and reworks required for any reasons not attributable to the contractor, or needed due to any change in deviation from drawings and design of equipment, operation/maintenance requirements, mismatching, or due to damages in transit, storage and erection/commissioning, and other allied works which are not very specifically indicated in the drawings, but are found essential for satisfactory completion of the work, will be considered as extra works. 2.14.2 Extra works arising on account of the contractor's fault, irrespective of time consumed in rectification of the damage/loss, will have to be carried out by the contractor free of cost. Under such circumstances, any material and consumable required for this purpose will also have to be arranged by the contractor at his cost. 2.14.3 All the extra work should be carried out by a separately identifiable gang, without affecting routine activities. Daily log sheets in the pro-forma prescribed by BHEL should be maintained and shall be signed by the contractor's representative and BHEL engineer. No claim for extra work will be considered/entertained in the absence of the said supporting documents i.e. daily log sheets. Signing of log sheets by BHEL engineer does not necessarily mean the acceptance of such works as extra works. 2.14.4 BHEL retains the right to award or not to award any of the major repair/ rework/modification/rectification/fabrication works to the contractor, at their discretion without assigning any reason for the same 2.14.5 After eligibility of extra works is established and finally accepted by BHEL engineer/designer, payment will be released on competent authority's approval at the following rate. Internal underground drainage system shall be done & connected to Kolkata Municipal Corporation drainage line.
