Subsidies and Countervailing Measures. Each Party shall retain its rights and obligations under Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994 and the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement, as set out in the national legislations of the countries of the Parties.
