Substance Use Disorder Treatment – Emergency Hospitalizations. In accordance with ORC 5122.10 regarding emergency hospitalizations, also referred to as “pink slips”, the MCOP must cover initial evaluation for up to 24 hours and stabilization services for up to 3 court days thereafter.
