Succeeding Year. Negotiations for a succeeding agreement shall begin no later than November 15, of the last school year of the contract with the goal of completing negotiations by February 1 of that year.

Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.
