Success Bonus Program. Xxxx-XxXxx shall be responsible for and shall retain all liabilities under the Xxxx-XxXxx Corporation 2005 Success Bonus Program and shall provide for full payment of all bonuses owed under such program as soon as practicable after a Transferred Individual becomes entitled to such payment.
