Successors and Assigns; Governing Law. Subject to the provisions of Section 15, this Agreement will be binding upon Lessee and its heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors and assigns, and will inure to the benefit of Lessor, Servicer, any other agent of Lessor and their respective successors and assigns. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Missouri (determined without reference to conflict of law principles).
Successors and Assigns; Governing Law. This Security Agreement and all obligations of IXC hereunder shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of IXC, and shall, together with the rights, obligations and remedies of the Secured Party hereunder inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Secured Party. This Security Agreement shall be governed by, and be construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware.

This Pledge Agreement and all obligations of the Pledgor hereunder shall be binding upon the successors and assigns of the Pledgor, and shall, together with the rights and remedies of the Agent hereunder, inure to the benefit of the Agent, the Banks and their respective successors and assigns. This Pledge Agreement shall be governed by, and be construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York.
