Sufficiency and Competence of Personnel. (a) The Supplier shall have and maintain at all times and in accordance with all applicable Laws, sufficient numbers of fit, skilled, qualified and experienced personnel to carry out the provision of the Supply within the times and in the manner required by the City.

Sufficiency and Competence of Personnel.
