Sufficiency of Coverage. Neither Landlord nor Landlord's Agents makes any representation that the limits of liability specified to be carried by Tenant under this Lease are adequate to protect Tenant. If Tenant believes that any such insurance coverage is insufficient, Tenant shall provide, at its own expense, such additional insurance as Tenant deems adequate.
