Limit of Appropriation. 4.1 Consultant clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of three hundred thousand dollars and no/100 ($300,000.00), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur.
Limit of Appropriation. 3.04.1 The City’s duty to pay money to Contractor under this Agreement is limited in its entirety by the provisions of this Section.

Limit of Appropriation. Engineer recognizes that under certain provisions of the Charter of the City of Houston, the City may not obligate itself by contract to an extent in excess of an amount appropriated by the City Council and further recognizes that only $«basicappro» has been appropriated and budgeted by City Council to pay the Cost of Basic Services hereunder and that only $«addappro» has been appropriated and budgeted by the City Council to pay the cost of Additional Services hereunder for a total amount of $«totalappro».

Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($382,500.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur under this Agreement. Contractor does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total Maximum Compensation that Contractor may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Contractor under this Agreement shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed Three Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($382,500.00).
Limit of Appropriation. 4.3.1. The City's duty to pay money to Consultant under this Agreement is limited in its entirety by the provisions of this Section.

In no event shall the amount paid by County under this Second Renewal exceed the Maximum Compensation without a County approved change order. Contractor clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 00/100 Dollars ($82,512.00) specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur under this Agreement. Contractor does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total Maximum Compensation that Contractor may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to Contractor under this Agreement shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 00/100 Dollars ($82,512.00). Contractor further understands and agrees that this Limit of Appropriations is not a guarantee that Contractor will receive the entire amount of Eighty Two Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 00/100 Dollars ($82,512.00), but a statement that all fees and additional costs for this Agreement, when combined, shall not exceed said amount.

ImageSoft clearly understands and agrees, such understanding and agreement being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that County shall have available the total maximum sum of One Hundred Thirty- Four Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Eight and 21/100 ($134,248.21), specifically allocated to fully discharge any and all liabilities County may incur. ImageSoft does further understand and agree, said understanding and agreement also being of the absolute essence of this Agreement, that the total maximum compensation that ImageSoft may become entitled to and the total maximum sum that County may become liable to pay to ImageSoft shall not under any conditions, circumstances, or interpretations thereof exceed One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand, Two Hundred Forty-Eight and 21/100 ($134,248.21).
