Sufficiency Of Owner Information. The furnishing of information by the Owner to the General Contractor shall not relieve the General Contractor of responsibilities contained elsewhere in this Contract For Construction to evaluate information and documents provided by the Owner and the General Contractor shall timely notify the Owner in writing of any additional information needed or services required from the Owner in order for the General Contractor to perform the Work.
