Sufficiency Of Owner Information. The furnishing of information by the Owner to the Construction Manager shall not relieve the Construction Manager of responsibilities contained elsewhere in this Contract for Construction Management to evaluate information and documents provided by the Owner and the Construction Manager shall timely notify the Owner in writing of any additional information needed or services required from the Owner in order for the Construction Manager to perform the Work.
