Sufficiency Of Owner Information. The furnishing of information by the Owner to the DB shall not relieve the DB of responsibilities contained elsewhere in this Contract to evaluate information and documents provided by the Owner and the DB shall timely notify the Owner in writing of any additional information needed or services required from the Owner in order for the DB to perform the Work.
