Common use of SUFFICIENCY OF SYSTEMS AND PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

SUFFICIENCY OF SYSTEMS AND PERSONNEL. The Company has, and shall at all times maintain during the term of this Agreement, sufficient systems, including but not limited to the Company's EDP, and trained and experienced personnel in place to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company's representations and warranties as to the proper servicing of ARM Loans shall be effective upon the fulfillment of the covenants set forth in Section 2.09 of this Agreement.
