Common use of Suitable Rooms Clause in Contracts

Suitable Rooms. Teachers who consider their classrooms to be unsuitable for instruction, due to heating, lighting, ventilation, space, storage, seating, or other concerns relating to facilities, are encouraged to file a Conflict Review Process on the matter. In the event that a classroom temperature is so uncomfortable that it impedes learning, upon request of the teacher, the building administrator, or the immediate supervisor, may permit the removal of teacher and students to an alternate location until the temperature can be improved.
