Summer Field Trips. 1. Two (2) weeks to at least one (1) week prior to the end of the school year, a sign- up sheet shall be posted and available for the drivers to sign to show interest in performing field trips. 2. Assignments for field trip(s) during the summer break shall be assigned per seniority, and driver availability by the supervisor or designee. The calls will be made on Thursday starting at 8:45 a.m. and cover the trips for a one-week period. Drivers will provide the office with one (1) phone number where they may be reached. Drivers are responsible for keeping this phone information up to date, in writing.
