Summer/Intersession Employment Eligibility List. 12 a. No person whose last fully resolved service rating is less-than- 13 satisfactory shall be placed on the summer/intersession employment 14 eligibility list, unless the employee meets the criteria as outlined in Article 15 VI.P.4.b. 17 b. If additional summer assignments are available, employees who have 18 satisfactorily completed their Improvement Plan and Strategy for 19 Assistance shall be eligible for summer/intersession employment following 20 the assignments of employees whose last fully resolved service rating is 21 satisfactory. The order of appointment shall be in accordance with Article 22 VI.P.2.
