Summer Recess. The Company will support the application for unemployment insurance sought by employees who are not working during the summer recess. In localities where summer recess unemployment insurance is not available, the local parties may bargain over the terms of incentivizing employees to return after the summer recess ends. Requests to bargain over this subject will not be unreasonably denied.
