Summer Recess. In the event that a grievance is filed on or after June 1, the parties agree to make a good faith effort to reduce the time limits set forth herein so that the grievance procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school term or as soon thereafter as is practicable. During the summer recess, all time limits shall refer to normal business days (Monday through Friday, except legal holidays).
