Summer School Compensation. Summer school compensation will be paid in the following way: 1. Teachers with less than Masters or BA+36 will be paid 5% more than the rate used by the summer school partner programs. 2. Teachers with a Masters or BA+36 or more will be paid 5% more than the rate used by the summer school partner programs.
