Sunday Differential Clause Samples

The Sunday Differential clause establishes additional compensation for employees who work on Sundays. Typically, this clause specifies a higher hourly wage or a percentage increase over the standard pay rate for hours worked on Sundays, applying to eligible positions or shifts as defined in the employment agreement. Its core function is to incentivize employees to work on a traditionally less desirable day and to fairly compensate them for working outside of standard business hours.
