Sunday Premium Payments. Employees who work on a Sunday shall receive the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the employee’s base wages, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day. Employees who are excused from work with pay during scheduled hours on Sunday shall be paid at straight time for the excused absence.
