SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. A. The Work is located on a major operational airport. The OWNER considers the safety and unrestricted flow of the traveling public, as well as other users of the Airport, to be of the utmost importance, and therefore, to be an essential part of the Contract. Material and equipment shall be stored and the Work shall be performed with as little obstruction to pedestrian and vehicle movement as possible. Sidewalks and other areas where pedestrians move about shall remain open and usable except as designated in the Contract Documents.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall give his personal superintendence to the work or have a competent xxxxxxx or superintendent, satisfactory to the Contracting Officer, on the work at all times during progress, with authority to act for him.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. At the site of the work the Contractor shall employ a Construction Superintendent or Xxxxxxx who shall have full authority to act for the Contractor. It is understood that such representative shall be acceptable to the Engineer and shall be one who can be continued in that capacity for the particular job involved unless he ceases to be on the Contractor's payroll.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. Contractor shall have competent supervisory personnel satisfactory to Company and with authority to act for Contractor.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. 16.1 At the site of the work the Contractor shall employ a construction superintendent or xxxxxxx who shall have full authority to act for the Contractor. It is understood that such representative shall be acceptable to the Architect/ Engineer and shall be one who can be continued in that capacity for the particular job involved unless he ceases to be on the Contractor's payroll.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. The Contractor shall have a competent xxxxxxx or superintendent, satisfactory to the City, on the work site at all times during the performance of the work. Said xxxxxxx or superintendent shall have the authority to act for the Contractor.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. At all times during performance of the Work, CONTRACTOR shall give personal superintendence or have a competent xxxxxxx or superintendent on the worksite, with authority to act for CONTRACTOR.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall superintend the work at all times during progress or have a competent xxxxxxx or superintendent, satisfactory to the OWNER, with authority to act for the CONTRACTOR, superintend the work at all times during progress.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR a. Except where the Contractor is an individual and gives his personal superintendence to the work, the Contractor shall provide a competent superintendent, satisfactory to the City and the Architect, on the work at all times during working hours with full authority to act for him. The Contractor shall also provide an adequate staff for the proper coordination and expediting of his work.
SUPERINTENDENCE BY CONTRACTOR. Contractor shall give his personal superintendence to the Work or have a competent superintendent, satisfactory to HACSB and/or the Architect, if any, on the Project at all times during progress with full authority to act for him.
