Supermajority Decisions. All decisions that are not Unanimous Decisions and not ministerial.
Supermajority Decisions. The Parties agree that no act shall be taken, sum expended, decision made or obligation incurred by the Parties, the Board of Directors or either Party with respect to a matter within the scope of any of the supermajority decisions enumerated below (the "Supermajority Decisions"), unless and until the same has been approved by the Board of Directors or expressly delegated by the Board of Directors in a writing signed by at least 75% of the members thereof The Supermajority Decisions are:

Supermajority Decisions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Management Services Agreement to the contrary, the Manager shall have no authority to consent to or approve on behalf of the Partnership any of the "supermajority decisions" set forth in Section 6.3(e) of the Partnership Agreement.
Supermajority Decisions. The following actions shall require a Supermajority Decision by the Board (i) initiation of litigation in the name of the Agency, (ii) issuance of bonds or other form of indebtedness obligating the Agency for an amount in excess of $100,000, (iii) adoption or amendment of the Agency’s Bylaws, (iv) amendments to the Agency’s boundary (v) admit any new Party to the Agency (vi) terminate any Party. Supermajority Decisions a. Termination or suspension of mining or ore processing operations, other than temporary suspension for sound operational reasons or due to an event of force majeure.
Supermajority Decisions. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the following decisions are Voting Measures that require Supermajority Vote by the Managers:
