Any teacher who has attained his or her normal maximum salary shall receive in addition to such maximum the sum of nine hundred and fifty ($900 for 2015-2018; per year 950) dollars provided he or she meets the following requirements. : Obtains three (3) or more credits in academic study, with subject matter (1) and institutioninstitution (2) approved by the Superintendent of Schools, and achieves a grade of eighty percent (80%) or equivalent in such study.

Any teacher who has attained his or her normal maximum salary shall receive in addition to such maximum the sum of eight hundred and fifty $900 for 2015-2018; per year 850 dollars and effective the first day of the 2013- 2014 work year, the sum shall be nine hundred and fifty ($950) dollars provided he or she meets the following requirements. : Obtains three (3) or more credits in academic study, with subject matter (1) and institutioninstitution (2) approved by the Superintendent of Schools, and achieves a grade of eighty percent (80%) or equivalent in such study.
