Common use of Supersession Clause in Contracts

Supersession. On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive will be bound by the terms of this Agreement, any documents executed in connection with this Agreement, any documents specifically referred to in this Agreement and the Employment Policies Manual. In the event of a conflict between the Employment Policies Manual and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.

Supersession. On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive will be bound by the terms of this Agreement, any documents executed in connection with this Agreement, any documents specifically referred to in this Agreement and the Employment Policies ManualManual as well as any other agreements executed in connection with Executive’s employment with the Company. In the event of a conflict between the Employment Policies Manual and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.

On execution of this Agreement by the Company and the Executive, the relationship between the Company and the Executive will be bound by the terms of this Agreement, any documents executed in connection with this Agreement, any documents specifically referred to in this Agreement and as well as any other agreements executed in connection with the Employment Policies ManualExecutive’s employment with the Company. In the event of a conflict between any employment policy of the Employment Policies Manual Company and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.

In the event of a conflict between the Employment Policies Manual and this Agreement, this Agreement will control in all respects.
