Common use of Supervision and Awareness Clause in Contracts

Supervision and Awareness. Service Provider shall exercise the necessary and appropriate supervision over its relevant employees, contractors, consultants, agents, vendors and partners to maintain appropriate privacy, confidentiality and security of Personal Data. Service Provider shall provide training, as appropriate, regarding the privacy, confidentiality and information security requirements set forth in this Processing Agreement to employees, contractors, consultants, agents, vendors and partners with access to Personal Data.
