Supervision and Implementation. Contractor responsible for an individual project will be responsible for the supervision and implementation of the approach and for oversight of work performed by all subcontractors. In most cases, Contractor shall provide and be responsible for all the necessary equipment, materials, supplies and personnel necessary for proper execution of the work unless otherwise stated in a SOW attached to an RFQ.
