SUPERVISION BY CONSULTANT. Consultant shall superintend, either personally or through a job supervisor, representative or employee, as the case may be, the execution of all work covered by this Agreement. If Consultant uses a job supervisor, representative or employee, as the case may be, Consultant agrees that such individual shall be competent and qualified and shall give his or her personal attention to the work under this Agreement at all times, and shall represent Consultant with full power to act on matters pertaining to this Agreement.

SUPERVISION BY CONSULTANT. Consultant shall be responsible for the supervision and direction of the work by its employees and, when work is done on the Company’s premises, shall at all times provide supervision of personnel on premises acceptable to the Company to carry out this responsibility. Consultant shall require its employees to comply with the Company’s plant regulations and policies. Consultant agrees not to assign to work on the Company’s premises any of its employees not suitable to Company. Consultant agrees to remove from the Company’s premises, immediately in case of misconduct, any of its employees at the Company’s request.
