Supervision of Personnel. Manager shall manage and supervise all Hospital employed or contracted personnel (“Personnel”), in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and ordinances, rules, regulations and orders, and ensure compliance with all staffing requirements and all related obligations under California licensure, accreditation and certification and payor participation standards.
Supervision of Personnel. The Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision and execution of contracted services by its employees. At a minimum, a Quarterly Inspection of OCCC conditions shall be conducted by Contractor’s Regional Manager or equivalent to ensure that all maintenance service hereunder are properly performed. The Contractor shall notify OCCC of the name of such Manager responsible for contracted services and Manager shall have the authority to act as Contractor’s agent. The Regional Manager shall notify OCCC of site inspection and provide OCCC with written and electronic confirmation of findings. The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for means, methods, techniques, procedures, safety precautions or employment practices in connection with Contractor’s performance of contracted services. Additionally, the Contractor shall identify a lead person or supervisor with whom the OCCC Representative may consult regarding contract performance.
Supervision of Personnel. WellQuest shall be responsible for hiring, firing, supervising, payroll and all other administrative functions usually performed by an employer; provided, however, Practice and WellQuest shall cooperate in making personnel decisions to the extent feasible. WellQuest and Practice shall agree on an established schedule for holidays, vacations and sick leave policies for WellQuest’s employees employed to work with Practice. WellQuest shall be responsible for maintaining written records of hours worked by all salaried and hourly personnel, including regular and overtime hours.
Supervision of Personnel. A. The Head Custodian of a building is responsible to the principal and then to the Director of Buildings and Grounds or Custodial Manager for custodial services in the building and grounds. This will include the care and operation of the heating and ventilating system, general maintenance, cleaning, sweeping, etc. The Director of Buildings and Grounds or Custodial Manager will work with all principals and custodians to improve and maintain quality custodial/maintenance employees’ services.
B. The Head Custodian is expected to plan with the Custodial Manager the load of duties for his or her building.
C. The Head Custodian, after consultation with the principal, shall report to the Custodial Manager all needs for any skilled services and for supplies and repairs of any necessary parts for the successful operation of the school.
D. All custodial employees are immediately responsible to their principal.

All personnel assigned to a building shall be subject to the direct supervision of the building principal, and to the general and technical supervision of the respective department heads and supervisors. Job assignment within a school building shall be the responsibility of the building principal, or his/her designee.

Supervision of Personnel. The project manager is also the 1st shift supervisor. In that capacity, Xx. Xxxxx will provide direction to and oversight of the 1st shift janitors. She will conduct daily briefings for the staff, review work assignments, provide information on upcoming events that may impact on janitorial service operations, and conduct inspections of personnel and equipment. Xx. Xxxxx will observe janitors and janitorial teams during the performance of their tasks to ensure that they are using the correct techniques and procedures to meet contract requirements. In her capacity as QC inspector, Xx. Xxxxx will conduct formal and informal inspections of the 1st and 2nd shifts, as well. The 2nd shift supervisor will have a weekly meeting with Xx. Xxxxx to review 2nd shift performance and discuss upcoming events, as necessary. The 2nd shift supervisor will ensure that 2nd shift personnel have the equipment and resources needed for their tasks, and that equipment is in safe working order. The supervisor will conduct on-the-job training, observe janitors and janitorial teams during performance of their tasks, and distribute supplies and other resources as needed.
Supervision of Personnel i. During certain emergency situations as may be from time to time identified and agreed upon by the City’s and CRFR’s fire chiefs, the staff and apparatus of the Parties shall be automatically dispatched in a mutually agreed upon plan and manner to assist in the mitigation of the emergency or for any other purpose identified and agreed upon to plan for and promote the health, safety and welfare of the various communities.
ii. During an emergency response, personnel shall generally be under the direction and control of the Incident Commander in accordance with the applicable protocols or regulations, including but not limited to the Incident Command System (ICS) and/or the National Incident Management System (NIMS). In the event of large, complex or multiple incidents occurring at once, personnel, equipment, and apparatus shall be considered as part of a “single” response system under system status management protocols, with Parties’ supervisory personnel positioning resources for the health, safety and welfare of the communities and responder safety.
iii. The Parties agree to use the Garfield County Medical Protocols ("Protocols") with the same addendums and waivers to the extent practical to maintain consistency in system responses and patient needs, and to comply with the Emergency Medical Services rules promulgated by the Division of Health Facilities and Emergency Services within the Department of Public Health and Environment, which are located at 6 CCR 1015-3, as amended from time to time.
iv. Time spent by an individual as a volunteer for one Party shall not in any manner constitute hours worked for, or volunteer services performed on behalf of any of, the other Parties.
