Common use of Supervision of Other Contractors Clause in Contracts

Supervision of Other Contractors. Contractor, including its Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors and Suppliers, shall keep itself informed of the progress and the detail work of other contractors and shall notify Owner or Owner’s Representative immediately of lack of progress or defective workmanship on the part of other contractors, where such delay or such defective workmanship will interfere with his own operations of the Work.
